1. Click on the Help icon.
2. Enter a short summary of your concern.
3. Click on Contact us.
4. Select Start a Chat or Call us.
5. Support is open from M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, AET.
