  1. Open your QBDT, and then go to the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. On the pop-up screen, choose Contact us
  4. Enter your concern on the Tell us more about your question box.
  5. Click the Search button.
  6. Select either the Call us or Message Us option.
