You may consider contacting them once more to resolve this. One of our representatives can provide additional steps to ensure you’ll be able to activate the feature. They can also perform a screen-sharing session or escalate this if need be.
Here’s how:
- Go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter “Direct deposit activation concern,” then select Continue.
- We’ll provide you a few support options. Select which one is best for you either Start messaging or Get a callback.
