They have the proper tools to securely check your account and investigate why the program closes when trying to send an email. Here’s how to reach them in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) software.

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then proceed with Let's talk
  5. Then choose your preferred way to get in touch with them.
