Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, Melilli. Since you are receiving an issue trying to establish an account within the program, let's create your Intuit account outside QuickBooks. Here's how:
- Go to the Intuit accounts page.
- Click the Create an account link at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your email address, phone number, and add your password.
- Select Create Account, once completed.
Once you have created your account, go back to your QuickBooks program and log into your company file with this information.
