Hello there, pinnone. 

 

We can update QuickBooks to the latest release so we'll an up-to-date of features and fixes. I'll show you how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks company file.
  2. From the Help menu, click Update QuickBooks Desktop
  3. Go to the Update Now tab. 
  4. Click Get Updates to start the download. 

For the detailed steps I mentioned above you can click here. Then, follow the steps on this article on how to fix data damage on your QuickBooks Desktop company file. After that, let's create a backup to see if the error persists.
