Hi @SoftwareTeacher,
Being able to email invoices is imperative to a business. Are you using Outlook as your email provider? If so, we have an open case about QuickBooks is unable to send emails to Outlook. As a workaround, you'll want to use Webmail.
Let me guide you how:
- Go to Edit, then Preferences.
- Choose Send Forms, then select the Web Mail radio-button.
- Click Add, then enter another email provider.
- Hit OK.
