After researching this issue further, I've discovered a resolution to help get you back to business. Here are a few steps to walk you through the process:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Edit.
- Choose Preferences.
- Find Send Forms.
- Select Web Mail.
- When the box populates, pick Other in the drop-down box.
- Put "outlook.office365.com" in the Server Name.
- Type "993" in the Port.
- Check the box labeled as SSL.
- Send the email again with these changes.
