One way to check if the issue is caused by browser cache is to open via a private or incognito window. Here are the keyboard shortcut keys to open a private or incognito window:

- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
