Since the troubleshooting steps provided didn't work, it's best to tap our Technical Support Team. They can add your profile to the list of affected users and keep you updated.

  1. Click the Help menu at the top and select Support.
  2. Under the Additional resources section, click Contact us.
  3. Go to the first section and enter the details of your concern.
  4. Click Search and go to the second section.
  5. Choose how you want reach out to our support team.
