When sending invoice emails to your customer, QuickBooks Online will randomly add either "Pay this invoice by..." or "Your Invoice is Ready!" on the email header.
We understand that having the ability to customize the email header would improve the look of your invoices. We encourage you to submit your feedback to our development team so they can consider it for future updates.
To send feedback, here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Then select Next to submit feedback.
