Why when sending emails, the automated Quickbooks message displays “PAY THIS INVOICE BY…” vs. “YOUR INVOICE IS READY”. Clearing cache does not work.

I have made several invoices in a row to same and different customers. There’s no rhyme or reason to which invoice received the rude pay this invoice by. Have spoke to someone at Quickbooks with no resolution or other representative to speak to.

When sending invoice emails to your customer, QuickBooks Online will randomly add either "Pay this invoice by..." or "Your Invoice is Ready!" on the email header.

We understand that having the ability to customize the email header would improve the look of your invoices. We encourage you to submit your feedback to our development team so they can consider it for future updates.

To send feedback, here's how:

Go to the Gear icon at the top.
Select Feedback.
Enter your comments or product suggestions.
Then select Next to submit feedback.
