In the meantime, you can follow these steps as a workaround:

 

  1. Close the invoice page and select My apps from the left menu.
  2. Go to Customer Hub, then select Customers.
  3. Click on the affected customer profile and choose Edit.
  4. Navigate to the Shipping address section and uncheck the Same as billing address box.
  5. Enter the shipping address manually and click Save to apply the changes.

 

Once the changes are saved, you can create the invoice for the customer.
