We recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can assign a representative to check your account in a secure environment. This way, they can investigate the items that cause problems in your company file. We'll outline the steps to get you going:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the top right corner, click Help (?).
- Select either Assistant or Search. Depending on what you choose, you can click Talk to a human, Connect by starting a chat, or Get a callback.
