Determining the total cost of adding extra users for Pro and Premier Plus isn't directly available on the website. You can follow these steps to find the correct price and purchase the licenses.

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Go to the Help menu, then select Manage My License and Buy Additional User License.
  3. Select Add Seats Online for current pricing. Check the prices of each additional seat.

 

If you can't proceed, I suggest contacting our Technical Support instead of the sales team to inquire about the accurate pricing details and to help you set up the additional user licenses.

  1. Go to the Help menu and click Contact Us.
  2. Click on the "Contact Us" button and provide a brief description of your concern.
  3. Select Continue to get live support.
