I appreciate your effort in reaching out to our Support Team and, I understand the urgency of resolving the issues with posting the square app transactions.
Upon checking, the investigation associated with Square transactions not posting in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is still in progress. You'll receive an email once this investigation is resolved.
I understand that you have contacted our support, but I recommend keeping in touch with them again to request updates about the progress of this investigation.

- Select either tab to get started:

Regarding your concern with inability to reconnect your Square to QBO, as of now, we have received similar reports about this issue. I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team so they can add you to the affected users list.
