When I opened gmail today,I had 15 emails from people with major progress-stopping issues with QB. "Passwords suddenly stopped working", "Can't enter new transactions", "Will not open", (my issue...) and LOTS of others, equally serious.
What's up QB? Programs failing right when we need them, or what??? I need help, today, also. I can't seem to find a direct contact to a real person. Lots of "help articles", but no realtime, realperson answers.

If you're having trouble signing in to your account due to password stop working, you can reset it for you to access QuickBooks Online (QBO). Just follow the steps and details in this article: How to reset your password or recover your user ID.
Once done, try creating a new transaction such as sales form.
If you can't create a new one, try logging in to QBO using a private or Incognito window for us to rule out any browser related issues.
Here’s how:
- For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
- For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
- For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.
If you can create a transaction, clear your browser's cache to remove the temporary files. You can also use a different supported browser.

- In QBO, click Help on the top menu.
- Click Contact us.
- Then follow the onscreen instructions to reach them.
