If you're having trouble signing in to your account due to password stop working, you can reset it for you to access QuickBooks Online (QBO). Just follow the steps and details in this article: How to reset your password or recover your user ID.

 

Once done, try creating a new transaction such as sales form.

 

If you can't create a new one, try logging in to QBO using a private or Incognito window for us to rule out any browser related issues.

 

Here’s how: 

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
  • For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.

If you can create a transaction, clear your browser's cache to remove the temporary files. You can also use a different supported browser.
