Regarding the issue of not being able to back up your company files, there is an ongoing investigation for it. While waiting for updates from our engineers, I encourage you to contact our QuickBooks Mac team today and have your account added to INV-74567. The team can do this in a more secure environment. They are available on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.

- Choose QuickBooks for Mac and click Continue.
- Enter the summary of the issue: cannot back up QB Mac 2023 company files (INV-74567), and click Continue.
