I know what the Information from QB states that should work, but It does not for me. I have been happily using this about 9 years with never the need for tech support.
I had a very nice QBO support person spend almost 2 hours Friday screen sharing with me they could not fix any of my issues. I have tried 2 different browsers, Chrome and Safari and both are up to date on a Mac Ventura OSX 13.6.1.
If you can arrange for higher level tech support it would be greatly appreciated!!!!
