QBO simple start issues since invoice and estimate update

I understand the importance of having editable features in your invoices and estimates in your QuickBooks Online. Let me share some insights about the new features of the updated invoices and estimates. 

The following are the unavailable features of the new updates of invoices.

• Ship via, Shipping date, and Tracking no. fields
• Adding a new invoice Term
• Send Later option.
• Print Later option.
• Reference links displaying matched online transactions.
• Subtotals
• Account Summary
• Price Rules

I know what the Information from QB states that should work, but It does not for me. I have been happily using this about 9 years with never the need for tech support.

I  had a very nice QBO support person spend almost 2 hours Friday screen sharing with me they could not fix any of my issues. I have tried 2 different browsers, Chrome and Safari and both are up to date on a Mac Ventura OSX 13.6.1.   

If you can arrange for higher level tech support it would be greatly appreciated!!!!

So after spending time reading other peoples post I feel soooooo much better!

 The Invoice and Estimate update that I have had an enormous amount of problems with is not me, or my browser, or a cache problem. Quickbooks has created a mess with this so called upgrade that has taken away most of the functionality of Invoices and Estimates and the software is so full of flaws that is crippling the users of it and hurting our businesses.

Quickbooks please step up and do the right thing and revert back to the old software!!
