- Go to the Search tab and select Contact Us.
- Pick the topic you need help with or tap on Ask about something else, then type in your concern.
- Click on Continue.
- Decide how you would like to connect with our support.
For your convenience, you can refer to these support hours:
- For Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start- Monday to Friday at 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday at 6 AM to 3 PM PT
- For Advanced- any time, any day.
