Hi there, @Oxford2.
I want to make sure you can resolve your current situation, and with that said. I'm pointing you in the right direction so you can get the information you need to determine why you've received charges on your credit card. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can check the credit card charges and give you insights into why it occurs. I'll gladly write down the steps to get you going:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help (?).
- Select either tab to get started:
- Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
- Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
You can check this article for the support availability: QuickBooks Online Support.
Furthermore, you can refer to this article to help you manage bank transactions inside QBO: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
@Oxford2, please let me know how it goes. You can also post here again if you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns. The Community space is open 24/7, and we'll be ready to help you. Stay safe!
