There's an in-progress report about the error you received when opening a company file. To link your account to the list of affected users, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. This way, you'll be able to get updates and learn when a solution is available.
Here’s how:
- Within your QuickBooks Company file, select QuickBooks Desktop Help from the Help menu.
- You can also press F1 on your keyboard to bring up the same Help panel.
- Give a brief description of your issue.
- Click Continue.
