This is so beyond ridiculous! If you look at the date of the first question regarding this issue, it was 18 months ago and QB/Intuit hasn't fixed it. Period.
18 MONTHS of try this and try that and call customer service, etc.
I suspect you're not doing anything about it (obviously after 18 months) and do not plan to do anything. You're going to release a new version of desktop and tell everyone you need to update your software ($$).
There are a lot changes coming to desktop that is making accountants and bookkeepers very upset. Intuit's bottom line is making more money, with no care for customer service.
