Hi there, @Mleos.

I appreciate you performing some troubleshooting steps to fix your issue with updating QuickBooks Desktop. But worry, I've come with a solution that can help you resolve it.

The errors you've mentioned mean that there was a problem installing Microsoft .NET Framework. Running the QuickBooks Tool Hub is the first step in resolving the installation issue of QuickBooks. Since it doesn't work, let's update your windows to prevent installation errors. To do so, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Check out Windows Update: FAQ on how to update your version of Windows from Microsoft,
  2. Once the update finishes, restart your computer.
  3. If you could open QuickBooks before you saw the error, Open QuickBooks and your company file.
  4. If you weren't able to install QuickBooks, install QuickBooks Desktop again.

If you get the same result, I recommend fixing the components of your windows manually. If you're not familiar with it, I suggest seeking help from an IT professional. I'll add these articles for guidance:

Once you're all good, you can now continue working with QuickBooks Desktop and entering your transactions as you usually do.

Please let me know how the troubleshooting goes, @Mleos. I'll be around to provide further assistance.
