This isn't what I want you to experience with QuickBooks, DPICO_125. Let me make it up to you by ensuring this gets resolved.
When integrating QuickBooks Time to ADP Workforce, you'll have to make sure the correct Payroll ID format is entered in the employee's profile. I've added the details below.
Format: CCC: NNNNNN
- CCC = company code
- NNNNNN = the employee File ID (including leading zeros)
If you haven't added your employees in QuickBooks Time, please see these steps to learn how:
- Go to the My Team menu.
- Select Add, then enter the required fields to match ADP.
- Once all employees are added, go to Team Member Details to enter the ADP File ID into the Payroll ID field. Please don't forget to add the colon mark (:).
