Lockout occurs after multiple incorrect login attempts. For a case like this, I recommend contacting our Technical Support. They have the necessary tools to check the status of your account and see the charges in a secure environment.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  3. Proceed to the Assistant tab.
  4. Type "contact support" into the chat box and press Enter.
  5. Select QuickBooks Online Support, then click Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Click Ask about something else, then enter a short description of your concern.
  7. Choose between Have us call you or Start a Chat.
