I've got some troubleshooting steps to get your QuickBooks app to display updated lists and records, Ahmed.


Any information you add or task you do on the web version will sync simultaneously with your QuickBooks app.


Outdated apps and data issues are the most common reasons why the system contains old files (which have been deleted) along with the current. Thus, you’ll want to ensure your application isn’t corrupted and is up to date so all the newest information you have from the web sync correctly. 


Here are the steps to refresh your app data:

 

  1. Open your device settings.
  2. Select Apps (varies by device).
  3. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  4. Click Clear data.
