This is not normal behaviour, I manged to do it on my end without any troubles.
Are you able to attach a screenshot of what you see when you select the printer icon to this thread?
It could be a number of things that might be causing this.
I would even encourage you to give us a quick call on 1800 046 038 so we can do a screen share and tell you what's going on.
