That said, I highly suggest contacting our Support team. They have tools that can check your account in a secure environment and to further check the status of your funds.
Here's how to reach them:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
- Choose Contact Us.
- Enter short description of the issue on What can we help you with? box.
- Click Let's talk.
- Select Get a callback or Chat.
