I can walk you through canceling your current subscription so you can subscribe to the US version with payroll attached.
Here's how to cancel your subscription purchased directly from the web:
- Go to the Settings menu, then Account and Settings.
- Click the Billing and subscription tab, then select Cancel subscription or Cancel online in the QuickBooks section.
- Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
- Follow the next steps, then select Submit and cancel subscription.
- Click Got it when done.

To resubscribe to a US version of QuickBooks Online, choose a QuickBooks plan through this link: Compare Plans & Pricing.
Then, subscribe to QuickBooks Payroll. Here's how:
- Go to the Settings menu in your newly subscribed QBO US account.
- Select Account and Settings, then go to the Billing Subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks Payroll tile, select Buy now or Free 30-day trial, then follow the steps to set up your payroll subscription.
