Thanks for coming back for more assistance, @hello-bybeck-co. Checking on your profile, you're currently subscribed to the Japan version of QuickBooks Online. 

I can walk you through canceling your current subscription so you can subscribe to the US version with payroll attached. 

Here's how to cancel your subscription purchased directly from the web: 

1. Go to the Settings menu, then Account and Settings.
2. Click the Billing and subscription tab, then select Cancel subscription or Cancel online in the QuickBooks section.
3. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
4. Follow the next steps, then select Submit and cancel subscription.
5. Click Got it when done.

To resubscribe to a US version of QuickBooks Online, choose a QuickBooks plan through this link: Compare Plans & Pricing. 

Then, subscribe to QuickBooks Payroll. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Settings menu in your newly subscribed QBO US account. 
2. Select Account and Settings, then go to the Billing Subscription tab. 
3. In the QuickBooks Payroll tile, select Buy now or Free 30-day trial, then follow the steps to set up your payroll subscription.
