I appreciate you for reaching out to us here in the Community. I can help you request support for your bank in QuickBooks Online.

 

Since you're unable to find the option using the instructions above, I can provide you with alternative steps. You'll need to click the Still can't find your bank? option in the Banking section.

 

Please follow these steps:

 

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Banking.
  2. Select Link account or Add account in the upper-right corner.
  3. Copy and paste the DBS Corporate Banking link to the search field.
  4. Press Still can't find your bank?. 
  5. Enter your bank details. 
  6. Hit Request.
