- Log in to your QBO company.
- Click on Help (?).
- Choose either tab to start:
- Assistant: Get fast, customized responses. Choose a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you need more help, click on Talk to a human.
- Search: Search the QBO knowledge base directly, or hit Contact Us and select a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat
- Get a callback
