Since you already tried all the recommendations in this thread and still getting the same problem, I highly recommend contacting our Support Team. Our representatives can escalate this concern to our engineers who creates an investigation with recurring problems in QuickBooks Online.

 

To get our Support Phone number, sign in to your account and follow these steps:
 

  1. Click the (?) Help menu at the top right section of your QBO Dashboard.
  2. Tap the Contact us button.
