If you wanted to add your accountant as a standard user, you can change their user's permission in QuickBooks Online. I'll show you how.
- Go to Settings ⚙.
- Select Manage users.
- Find the user you want to edit, then click Edit in the Action column.
- In the user type dropdown, choose the new user type.
- Select the user settings, if applicable.
- Hit Save.
