Employees and payroll
Hello there, @Denise37. I’ll assist you with how they can access the workforce in QuickBooks Online.
If an employee's unable to access QuickBooks Workforce, make sure that they got an invite to the page.
Here’s how:
- Select Employees, then Payroll.
- Choose the option to Add employee.
- Include your employee's contact information, such as their email address. This will prompt your employee to view his or her pay stubs and W-2s. An email will be sent to them with details on how to set up their Workforce account. Select the Ask this employee to input their personal, tax, and banking information with QuickBooks Workforce checkbox if you want your new employee to enter their personal information.
- Select Done.
