Since you already performed all the troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend contacting our Technical Support team. This way, you'd be added to the affected users' list. Once updates are available, you'd be notified through an email. Just make sure to provide your name, updated email, and the investigation number INV-49928.
- Go to the Help menu.
- Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Enter a short description of your concerns under the Ask a question field.
- Click Continue.
- Select how'd you like to contact us:
- Get a callback
- Start a chat.
