The reason the time disappears from QBO after unapproval is that only the approved time is imported into the system. To address this issue, we can edit the timesheet in QuickBooks Time and then reimport it into QuickBooks Online.
Here's how to modify the time:
- Navigate to Time Entries.
- Select Timesheets.
- At the right, select the pencil icon () to open Timesheet Editor, and make the changes.
