Since none of the steps above worked, I recommend contacting our Payroll Customer Support Team for further assistance. Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Tap the Contact Us button/hyperlink.
- Enter your question/problem and press Let's talk.
- Scroll down and select to Get a callback.
It's that easy!
