Yes - the interest was finally posted on 11/18 (10 days after its due) after the complaint was posted.
I hope I do not have to pursue this every month.

I have a significant amount of money in my Quickbooks Checking (GreenDot) account....NO INTEREST posted on my November statement...Currently 1 Hour into my call with support trying to get an answer. First 40 minutes was trying to get the support person to realize that this account is a QUICKBOOKS product offered by QUICKBOOKS. Last 20 minutes on hold with who she finally transferred me to who is supposed to be looking into the issue...No idea if I've been disconnected or not! BEYOND FRUSTRATING, Grrrrr......

It sounds really difficult, experiencing all of that alone, Ridin.
Please know that this isn't the kind of service we would like you to experience.
For us to provide additional troubleshooting steps to resolve this, I'd recommend updating us on how the call goes.

It took 3 hrs on my time on incessant calls and on hold, being shuttled between three customer service representatives and 10 days after 1st complaint for this interest issue to be resolved. Not a word from quickbooks on follow up, why it happened in this age of computers and automatic posting of interest. Shame on quickbooks. I recommend they should partner with a real bank not Greendot (Internet is filled with customer complaints about Greendot).

We'd really want to have this sorted out for you, Bevingdall.
Interest payments are paid out proportionally to each envelope based on their balances. It's calculated at the end of each statement cycle. Your cycle starts on the day your account was approved.
If your account was approved at the end of the month (the 29th, 30th, or 31st), your statement cycle starts on the 1st of each following month.
Since you have not received it yet, I would recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Payments Team. They can take a look at your payments account and check the status of the interest payments. Here's how to reach out to them:
- Go to the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner to open the QB Assistant window.
- Type in "talk to a human", then press Enter.
- Click Contact Support Team, then type in "bank error" and press Enter once again.
- Select No, I still need help, then choose Contact Support Team.
- Look for the Chat option and click on it.
Let me also share these articles for more details and references about this feature:
Let me know if you're able to talk to one of our support agents about the interest. You can also post more questions if you need anything else from us.

I have the same problem - no interest posted for November and December. I see that QuickBooks chatbot just posts the same crap about how to deal with it and doesn't actually do anything about it. Scan the forum and you'll see that lots of people have been having the same problem and everyone says the same things about their experiences trying to deal with it. I'm really not looking forward to spending a whole day getting the run around from Greendot. Can you image if Bank of America or Chase decided not to pay interest promised to clients holding serious cash in their accounts? This is unbelieve that nobody is taking this seriously from either QuickBooks or Greendot!

My recommendation is to withdraw all your cash from Quickbooks Checking and move it to Liveoak Bank.
3.5% interest, excellent customer service, overnight ACh transfers. Let Quickbooks/Grendot wonder where all the cash is going (Poor customer service, lack of responsiveness).
