We have our Customer Care Team to guide you. They can initiate a screen-sharing (remote access) session so they can walk you through when performing the steps.

 

To reach them, here's how:

  1. On your QuickBooks account, go to the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. On the pop-up screen, select Contact us.
  4. Click the Search for Something else button.
  5. Type your concern in the Ask us anything box.
  6. Hit Search, then scroll down to get your contact options.
