You may need to update your product to get the latest release version. This process is separate from upgrading to the newer edition of QuickBooks Desktop.
Here's how:
- Go to the Downloads & Updates page.
- Select your country, product, and year version.
- Click Search.
- Click the Get the latest updates link.
- Once the download is complete, open the qbwebpatch.exe file to install the update.
- Restart your computer after the install.
Once done, you can connect your account to Bank Feeds again.
