We've received similar cases or reports about being unable to categorize transactions in bank feeds. As a workaround, you can create an expense and match the PayPal transaction to categorize them.

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can add you to the affected users and you'll receive an update about the investigation status.

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in Talk to a human, then press Enter.
  3. Select Contact Support Team.
  4. Type again Talk to a human and click Contact Support Team.
