Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Account.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, put a brief description of your concern. For example "Banking".
  4. Click on Contact Us.
  5. Choose the option Start a chat to initiate chat with the support.
