Yes, you can do progress invoicing in QuickBooks Online while using an iPad, Clare.

Here's the quick steps to do it:
- Open a browser on your iPad.
- Log in to your account using this URL: https://qbo.intuit.com/.
- Create a progress invoice just like you always do on a computer browser.
After you create the progress invoices successfully, you can already send it to your customers and collect the payments.
- Receive and process payments in QuickBooks Online with QuickBooks Payments
- Process payments in the QuickBooks mobile and GoPayment apps
