Thank you Chrea...that worked.  I did chat with Intuit....and they don't support the 'store purchased' versions. So, I have to buy a subscription either online or downloaded....or find the password I changed it to.   I have looked through hundreds of papers and notebooks!  I don't know where I would have put it.  And, not sure how they would actually upload the 6 months work I've posted onto an online account, when I can't open it??

I have QB 2019 and it isn't online. Can't access on my old computer as it was damaged and I can no longer connect to the internet on it. I have a new computer and downloaded the 2019, but I have no access to the license number. HELP

You can purchase another QB Desktop 2019 license. You should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for help.

You can log in to CAMPs (Customer Account Management Portal) using your Intuit account to access your license number. Here's how:

 

1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
2. Find your QuickBooks subscription in the Products & Services list.
3. Select Details. From there, you'll see your license and product number.

As I know, Support no longer provides validation codes. You'll need a workaround to use your old license.You should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA directly by email for details.
