Thank you Chrea...that worked. I did chat with Intuit....and they don't support the 'store purchased' versions. So, I have to buy a subscription either online or downloaded....or find the password I changed it to. I have looked through hundreds of papers and notebooks! I don't know where I would have put it. And, not sure how they would actually upload the 6 months work I've posted onto an online account, when I can't open it??
