Thank you so much Chrea...that worked.  BUT, I did find a way to chat with Intuit...and they don't support programs purchased outright through a store.  So, I'm stuck with either subscribing to an online program, or finding that password I changed it too?  I've gone through hundreds of papers on my desk to no avail.  Not sure how they can upload my 6 months worth of bookkeeping into an online subscription if I can't get into my account, and they can't unlock it for me??
